Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NPBoardSlayplatform. By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NPBoardSlay. By registering for an account, accessing the platform, or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
NPBoardSlay is a study and exam preparation tool. Nothing on the platform, including AI responses, practice questions, or explanations, constitutes medical advice or a substitute for the training, judgment, or clinical supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
NPBoardSlay is an online exam preparation platform designed to help nurse practitioner candidates prepare for the AANP Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification examination. Our services include:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
NPBoardSlay includes an artificial intelligence study assistant called SlayBot, powered by Anthropic's Claude model.
SlayBot is a study tool, not a medical professional. It is not licensed to practice nursing, medicine, or any other healthcare discipline. It does not give medical advice and must not be relied on for clinical decisions, patient care, or personal health concerns. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any clinical content SlayBot produces.
Acceptable use of SlayBot. You agree to use SlayBot only for AANP board exam preparation and general NP study. You agree NOT to:
Violations. We may suspend or terminate your access to SlayBot, or to the platform entirely, for violations of this section, with or without notice.
To access the platform you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
NPBoardSlay offers paid plans (Cram, Pro, and Ultimate) that provide time-limited access to the question bank and platform features. Each plan is a one-time purchase granting access for a fixed duration (14, 30, or 90 days). Plan details, pricing, and durations are described on our pricing page.
Plans are a one-time charge at the time of purchase. We do not auto-renew or store your card for future billing. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store payment card details.
Because plans are one-time purchases, there is nothing to cancel. Your access ends automatically at the end of the purchased duration. If you want continued access, you may purchase a new plan at any time before or after your current plan expires. For any questions, contact us at legal@npboardslay.com.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, purchase fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — unused time on your current plan is credited toward the new plan. Downgrades are not available; instead, let your current plan expire and purchase the shorter plan next.
We reserve the right to change pricing. Price changes apply only to new purchases made after the change takes effect and do not affect access you have already purchased.
You agree not to use the platform to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against NPBoardSlay.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
