You are eligible for a full 100% refund if both of the following conditions are met:
If either condition is not met, the standard refund does not apply. We track question activity automatically — no screenshots or documentation are required for this refund type.
To request a standard refund, email us at support@npboardslay.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We believe in this platform so much that if you use it to prepare and still fail your AANP NP certification exam, we will refund your most recent plan purchase in full.
To qualify for an exam failure refund:
To submit an exam failure refund request, email support@npboardslay.com with the subject line "Exam Failure Refund" and attach your official score report. We will process your refund within 5 business days of verification.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Your plan automatically expires at the end of its purchased duration — there is nothing to cancel and no further charges. Expiration itself does not trigger a refund. If you believe you qualify for a refund under one of the policies above, you must submit a refund request separately.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
